HAPPY ‘THANKFULLY’ THURSDAY
On my list of things to be thankful for this week is the fact that I have a warm dry home. After watching the news and seeing so many homeless from the earthquake in Pakistan, I think a lot of us can be thankful . Please say a little prayer for these thousands in tents if they are lucky and of course right here in the US there are lots still without a home to return to. Sometimes we take so much for granted, and forget to be thankful for the blessings we do have.
Take good care all ! Have a great day !
Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY IS...13TH PHOBIA DAY
Unlucky 13? Some people believe in it and some people don't. But, most people think Friday the 13th is a good day to stay out of harm's way. Every year has at least one Friday the 13th - but never more than three (and isn't that lucky?) The fear of Friday the 13th is called Triskaidekaphobia. Can anybody spell that?
(IT’S NOT FRIDAY, BUT IT IS THE 13TH TODAY)

TODAY'S SMILE
Isn't it weird how oil price increases go into effect at the pump immediately, but with decreases, it can take months to reset the pumps? And both changes send natural gas prices skyrocketing! The gas may be natural but the prices are definitely unnatural

TODAY'S REFLECTION
Open the gates, that the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in
Isaiah 26:2
People from every part of the world have come to this land. They want to come here because of the freedom we enjoy in America. We owe much to Christopher Columbus, to the early settlers and to the brave men and women who have defended our liberty. But we have a responsibility as Christians to act in such a way that we honor our nation under God, showing the world that we obey Jesus' command to love the Lord our God and love our neighbors as ourselves.
