HAPPY ‘SUPER’ SATURDAY !
Right now it’s not getting daylight until almost 8 in the morning ! After tonight, we’ll be seeing daylight 1 hour earlier for a few days… After a very wet and dark week, we are supposed to have some sunshine this weekend.
I think I must start taking extra vitamin C - it might help the winter hibernation mode that my body is going into.
I talked to my ‘Sunshine’ babes last night and they now have their phone and internet service back! Everything is almost 100% down there. They’ve been experiencing some cool weather – which they are enjoying !
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the way !
TODAY IS…DRACULA BITES DAY
The 1931 version of Dracula was the first classic horror film made by Universal Pictures. It was based on Bram Stoker's 1897 novel. The popular vampire story had been made as a silent movie in the 1920s and was also a hit Broadway play. Hungarian stage actor Bela Lugosi starred in the smash-hit theater production and was signed to make the movie. He quickly became the definitive screen vampire, and Dracula was his most famous role. Universal's next picture was the successful movie Frankenstein.
