HAPPY ‘SUPER SATURDAY’

I’m off to family camp # 4 and the last one for this year! Son#1 and family, Son#5 and wife and DD and her hubby are camping down by Mohican this weekend. It should be lots of fun ! One of my dulcimer buddies and my old camping buddy are going along with me! If the weather is as nice as yesterday, it should be perfect ! We had mostly sunny skies and 74 degrees by afternoon.

Look for pictures tomorrow on my journal page ‘Good Morning Sunshine’.

Take good care all !

Have a great day ! Another wonderful one on the Way !

TODAY'S SMILE

Upon entering the little country store, the stranger noticed a sign saying DANGER! BEWARE OF DOG! posted on the glass door. Inside he noticed a harmless old hound dog asleep on the floor beside the cash register. He asked the store manager, "Is THAT the dog folks are supposed to beware of?" "Yep, that's him," he replied.

The stranger couldn't help but be amused. "That certainly doesn't look like a dangerous dog to me. Why in the world would you post that sign?" "Because", the owner replied, before I posted that sign, people kept tripping over him

 ba·nal adjective

Drearily commonplace and often predictable; trite. Synonym trite

 TODAY'S REFLECTION

The Lord helps those who have been defeated and takes care of those who are in trouble.

All living things look to you for food, and you give it to them at the right time.

Psalm 145: 14-15

When someone stumbles or falls, you give a helping hand. Everyone depends on you, and when the time is right, you provide them with food

We have a compassionate and loving God, who is always there to help us. God wants to make provision for us, but take note of the words "when the time is right." We want our prayers answered immediately, but God knows when the time is right, and his time is not always in sync with ours.

TODAY'S ADVICE FROM THE OLD FARMER'S ALMANAC

Salt on the fingers when cleaning meat or fish will prevent the hands from slipping

 67 DAYS UNTIL WINTER

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your Heart

 Psalm 37:4

 I Love You All !!!

Be Blessed !!!
