I believe it confirms the Bible's teaching. The apostle Paul wrote, "Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus” (I Thessalonians 5:17).

Jesus taught that we should always pray and not give up (Luke 18:1).

God's timing is not the same as ours, but remember that "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God” (Luke 18:27).

Slow me down dear Lord, and help me to make haste slowly, so that I may spend time with you in prayer
