After church yesterday I managed to get out and do a little badly needed shopping and just spent the rest of the day taking it easy. We were blessed with yet another sunny day! It looks like a quiet week and no rain is expected til maybe Thursday!

TODAY IS COCA-COLA DAY

 Coca-Cola was invented in May, 1886, by Dr. John Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia. The name came from his bookkeeper who wrote it out in the script that is famous today. They sold the drink at a soda fountain with no profits the first year. The business was sold to Asa Candler for $2,300, but it was a Mississippi candy store owner who thought of bottling drinks in the back room.
