Good News ! I only had an 8 hour day of work yesterday. The younger of my two bosses came back from out of town. That was a pleasant surprise as I got to have a lunch hour out!

We had a ’powdered sugar donut’ coating of new snow on the ground, but that was all. Today it is supposed to be a little warmer – high 30’s they say.

While visiting my sister's home recently, I walked past my young neice's room before bedtime and observed her kneeling beside her bed, with her head bowed and hands folded, repeating the alphabet.
