William Shakespeare

TODAY’S QUOTE

Each of my days are miracles. I won't waste my day; I won't throw away miracle.

Kelley Vicstrom

HAPPY SUNDAY

I’m up early and anxious to be off. I’m going to church as usual and then off to the Show. I’ll be taking lots of pictures to share with you all.

Prayers and love to you all

May today there be peace within. May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you be content knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.

St. Theresa's Prayer

Have a great day ! Another wonderful one on the Way !

Please pray for God's protection of our troops and HIS wisdom for their commanders.

Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

TODAY IS FERRIS WHEEL DAY

The first Ferris Wheel was the highlight of the1893 World's Fair. It was created by Pittsburgh, PA bridge builder, George W. Ferris. Supported by two 140 foot steel towers, its 45 foot axle was the largest single piece of forged steel in the world at the time. The wheel itself was 264 feet high. It had 36 wooden cars that could each hold 60 people. It cost 50 cents per ride - a high price in 1893.

TODAY’S SMILE

Today's humor is more cute than funny, but I think you'll still find it enjoyable.

Remember back in the good ol' days when everyone made their own butter with the butter churn? Well... ...one day two mice fell into a deep cream bowl. One was an optimistic soul. But the other took the gloomy view. "We're going to drown," he lamented without much ado, and with a last despairing cry, he flung up his legs and said "Goodbye."

"I can't get out but I won't give in, I'll just swim around till my strength is spent, then I'll die the more content," Quoted the other mouse with a steadfast grin.

Bravely he swam to work his scheme, and his struggles began to churn the cream. The more he swam, his legs a flutter, the more the cream turned into butter. On top of the butter at last he stopped, and out of the bowl he gaily hopped out!

Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Luke 12:32, II Corinthians 4:17-18

(adjective) [trie-PAWR-tiet]

1. divided into or composed of three parts; 'a tripartite division'

2. involving three parties; 'a tripartite treaty':

"We were all surprised that a tripartite agreement between the school, the students' parents, and the owners of the property next door could be negotiated so quickly."

TODAY’S REFLECTION

I will extol you. O LORD, for You have lifted me up.

Psalm 30:1

You see, if there was anything that Jesus wanted everyone to understand it was this: A person is worth something simply because he is a person. That is why he treated like he did. Think about it. The girl caught making undercover thunder with someone she shouldn’t—he forgave her. The untouchable leper who asked for cleansing—he touched him. And the blind welfare case that cluttered the roadside—he honored him. And the worn-out old windbag addicted to self-pity near the pool of Siloam—he healed him!
