TODAY'S THOUGHT

It takes a long time to grow young.
Pablo Picasso

TODAY'S ACTION

Stop worrying about things you can’t control.

 TODAY'S RESOLUTION

I will to grow closer in my relationship with God and talk to Him.  Share my desires
and needs and entrust them to Him.
I will keep my eyes open and notice how He moves in my  life to answer my prayers
to His glory and for my best interests

  TODAY'S QUOTE

 Have you had a kindness shown?
Pass it on;
'twas not given for thee alone,
Pass it on;
Let it travel down the years,
Let it wipe another's tears,
Till in Heaven the deed appears,
Pass it on.

Henry Burton

HAPPY SUNDAY !

  Early church for me today as my 'Sunshine Babes' have an after wedding brunch to go to and then they'll be going over to DS#5's house to help out there for awhile.  I'm fixing dinner for them and watching the 'babes' this afternoon.

 Have a great day !  Another wonderful one on the Way !

our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders.

 Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands. Protect them as they
protect us. Bless them and their families
for the selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need. I ask this in the
name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior

   TODAY'S SMILE

Two silver-haired women entered a restaurant for lunch.

Each caught the other's look of joyful recognition--having been college mates 50 years earlier. They spent the afternoon laughing and reminiscing.

Then one looked at the other in obvious embarrassment. "I hate to say this," she confessed, "but what is your name?"

The other one thought a moment, then asked ruefully

TODAY'S REFLECTION

 When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, The Lord has done great things for them.   Psalm 126: 1-2

 Home is where life makes up its mind. It is there — with fellow family members — we hammer out our convictions on the anvil of relationships. It is there we cultivate the valuable things in life, like attitudes, memories, beliefs, and most of all, character   Reverend Charles R. Swindoll
