HAPPY SUNDAY !
R& R day is here. Time again to refresh and renew for another week. Saturday’s always fly by and never seem long enough, but today is my time to get ready for another week. All the days since the New Year have been quiet ‘ordinary’ ones and it’s taken all those days to get my house back to normal . The decorations are finally all put away.
We got a blast of wind and snow yesterday, just to remind us that it is still winter.
Next Saturday we’ll be going up to spend the day with DS#6 and help him celebrate his birthday.
The following Saturday after that, we’ll be going down to see DS#1 and walk in the Stroll for Epilepsy with them. Then we’ll do some more birthday celebrating.
Our Princess and Our Star and DDIL#1’S mom also have January Birthdays. So this will be the last ‘ordinary’ weekend for this month.

Please pray for God's protection of our troops and HIS wisdom for their commanders.

However, as they passed a speed trap, he got nailed with an infrared speed detector and was pulled over. The officer handed him the citation, received his signature and was about to walk away when the man asked, "Officer, I know I was speeding, but I don't think it's fair - there were plenty of other cars around me who were going just as fast, so why did I get the ticket?"
"Ever go fishing?" the policeman suddenly asked the man. "Ummm, yeah..." the startled man replied.
