TODAY'S THOUGHT

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do.

Mark Twain

TODAY'S ACTION

Allow your dreams to energize you

TODAY'S QUOTE

A SMILE is a facelift that's in everyone's price range!

HAPPY MONDAY!

I just had such a great weekend visiting with family and friends that going back to work this morning seems to be a bit of a let down, but there will be many more fun days ahead ! The good thing is – I do have a job to go to !

My little black cat is sitting here as I write this e-mail , just purring away on my lap. She has the right idea I guess, she just takes the opportunity to enjoy a lap when she can.

HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL ! ANOTHER WONDERFUL ONE ON THE WAY !

TODAY IS...PEANUT BUTTER DAY

Originally called Nutmeal, peanut butter has only been around for 100 years. But, it's a staple in 85% of American homes, and we eat about 3 pounds of peanut butter per person each year ... that's a total of 700 million pounds - enough to coat the floor of the Grand Canyon! Children and women prefer creamy; men like the crunchy stuff.

If you have Arachibutyrophobia? You're afraid of the peanut butter stuck to the roof of your mouth!

TODAY'S SMILE

There was a knock at the door. It was a small boy, about six years old. Something of his had found its way into my garage, he said, and he wanted it back. Upon opening the garage door, I noticed two additions: a baseball and a broken window sporting a baseball-sized hole.

"How do you suppose this ball got in here?" I asked the boy. Taking one look at the ball, one look at the window, and one look at me, the boy exclaimed,

Wow! I must have thrown it right through that hole

TODAY'S WORD

cog·i·ta·tion noun.

1. Thoughtful consideration; meditation.

2. A serious thought; a carefully considered reflection

TODAY'S REFLECTION

After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, -- Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them

Joshua 1:1 & 6

Joshua had to assume great responsibility, which took strength and courage. You may be ill and feel hopeless. You may have failed or faced rejection. You may have been treated unfairly. Now's the time for you to trust God and live with faith and courage

God has big plans for each of us, but we have to have the faith and courage to trust him and move forward each day.
