HAPPY FRIDAY!
A vacation day for me – I’ll be babysitting this evening while the rest go out for the rehersal dinner. What a joy to be able to have my grand’babes’ home. It looks like we may have some rain for the next 2 days, but we do need it. We’ll just be making our own sunshine!
Take good care all !
Have a great day ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY IS...PIANO DAY
The piano was invented by Bartolomeo Cristofori in Florence, Italy sometime around 1700 - and was originally called a "harpsichord that plays soft and loud." It was a keyboard instrument that produced a stronger sound than the clavichord and allowed for more artistic expression than the harpsichord or the organ. Today we celebrate the most popular instrument in the whole world - plus more than 20 million people who are pianists. This includes all of us who can only play chopsticks

After a pause, I heard my husband's murmured reply, Not physically

TODAY'S REFLECTION
Pride leads to destruction; humility leads to honor.
Proverbs 18:12
Jesus gave good advice on the difference between being prideful and being humble. He said that when you go to a feast, don’t sit in the best place, or you might be asked to move for someone more important. Humility is not something we choose. It is simply recognizing that God created us and gave us the abilities we have
The devil would have us continually crossing streams that do not exist.
