  TODAY'S QUOTE

Doubt whom you will, but never yourself.

 Christian Bovee

HAPPY SUNDAY ! BLESS YOUR SPIRIT DAY !   I'll be saying extra prayers for my Florida and  Mississippi babes today...May  'Dennis' be calmed down and may you be protected from harm.   The hurricane season is just beginning and is already pretty bad.  Here in Ohio we don't get those bad storms, but there are lots that do.   I'm off to church as usual this morning.  The weather is sunny and hot - in the 90's today.  Remember to drink lots of liquids and stay cool if you can.

Please pray for God's protection of
our troops and HIS wisdom for their
commanders."Lord, hold our troops in
your loving hands. Protect them as they
protect us. Bless them and their families
for the selfless acts they perform for us
in our time of need.

Take good care all !

Have a great day !  Another wonderful one on the Way !

   TODAY IS...SMILE POWER DAY

Just in case you've ever doubted the power of smiling... It takes twice as many muscles to frown as it does to smile. Smiling is the most recognized form of beauty, friendship, acceptance. and goodwill. A smile can lower the blood pressure of everyone who sees it. And smiling can even lengthen your life. That's a lot of payback for something that's so easy to do - and free

TODAY'S REFLECTION

I will sing to the Lord as long as I live, I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet toHim; I will be glad in the Lord.   Psalm 104:33-34

Psalm 104 describes the beauty of God's world  and the wisdom of God in creating it   You can either decide to face the day with fear and anxiety, allowing your emotions to control your thoughts, or you can make a decision to rejoice and be glad. This requires discipline and it is not easy. But you don't have to do it alone. Start each morning with praise and thanksgiving for remembered blessings and ask God to give you the power you need to sing praise and be glad.
