See a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wildflower
William Blake
TODAY'S ACTION
With faith in your heart, face any challenge that you encounter.
TODAY'S RESOLUTION
Precious Lord, when I am lonely, troubled,
or burdened down, I shall, in the silence of
your love, quiet my heart for just a moment
while I hear the infinite love of your heart
beating just for me.
Whether it's the best of times or the worst of times, it's the only time we've got.

HAPPY 'THANKFULLY' THURSDAY
Once again I'm thankful for the air conditioning ! What hot one it's been ! Our southern based kids won't freeze when they come home in August that's for sure. I can't imagine what it'll be like then...that's usually our hotest month. Just remember to keep drinking those liquids so you don't dehydrate in the heat. I read the other day that your memory is even affected if you don't drink enough water .
Take good care all ! Have a great day !
Another wonderful one on the way !
TODAY IS...PICK BLUEBERRIES DAY
Why are people eating so many blueberries? Because they rank the highest of all fruit and vegetables in anti-oxidants that fight aging. (Their powerhouse performance comes from the same substanace that makes them so blue.) They're also high in fiber, fat free and taste great

TODAY'S SMILE
I am passing this on to you---it is definitely working for me. I think I have found inner peace.
I read an article that said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish things I had started.
Today I finished two bags of potato chips, a chocolate cake, and a small box of candy. I feel better already.
Pass this along to those who need Inner Peace...

TODAY'S REFLECTION
God blessed the seventh day and made it special because on that day he rested from his work.
Genesis 2:3
Somehow one doesn't think of God taking time out to rest. Too many times we convince ourselves that we can't take time off from our work, so we become irritable and disillusioned, we can't sleep and end up being depressed, experiencing burnout. Slow down and give your burdens to God.
