HAPPY THURSDAY
Today would have been my Mom’s birthday and it is my oldest granddaughter’s birthday. They shared the same day, so I’ll always remember this date. The circle of life keeps going round and round.
I now have 2 long 10-hour days coming to end the work week. Both my bosses on vacation and I am left to hold the fort down, so to speak. No lunch hour and work til 5 today and Friday. It’ll be quiet in the office but I do have a couple of reports to work on so that makes it nice. There shouldn’t be any interruptions.
There’s always a bright side to everything.
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
Please pray for God's protection of our troops and HIS wisdom for their commanders.
Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
GOD BLESS YOU !
25 WORDS

TODAY IS...HOT DOG DAY
Hot dogs are really "frankfurters" and were first made in Frankfurt, Germany. But, people called them "dachshund sausage," because they looked like the dog. In the U.S., the German sausages were popular with New York baseball fans - vendors sold them in sandwiches by yelling, "Get your dachshund sausages while they're red hot." In a newspaper cartoon, the vendors were shown selling real dogs inside a roll, yelling "Get your hot dogs!". The name stuck.

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
Psalm 37:5
We are living at a time when there is a lack of commitment to work ethics, family, and even to God
Today's scripture reminds us of what the Lord can do in your life when you sincerely make the most important commitment of all --- commitment to him. You will be a beacon of light to others and you will find abundant peace and joy in your own life
