HAPPY TUESDAY!
Here we are – blessed with another new day. Life is so precious and I’m being reminded over and over again just how precious it truly is. I’m praying today for my dear Mum as she goes through the biopsy procedure.
Winter is refusing to give us a break here. The weatherman did say that next week it looks like it might warm up to some normal Spring temperatures. My wind chimes are blowing on the front porch again. BRRCHILL!
Have a great day all ! Another wonderful one on the Way !
TODAY IS...BARBIE DOLL DAY
The first Barbie came in a black and white swim suit with the full name "Barbie Roberts" on the box. She was introduced in 1959 at a New York toy fair and got mixed reviews. No one guessed she would be the most successful toy ever produced. Mattel sells over 1.5 million dolls every week - that's two dolls per second. Over the last 40 years, 90% of all American girls have owned a Barbie. Nobody knows how many have gone on diets trying to match this unrealistic image that is only a toy.

1939: Singer Kate Smith recorded God Bless America
TODAY'S SMILE
So far today, God, I've done all right. I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper, haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or over-indulgent. I'm really glad about that.
But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed and from then on I'm probably going to need a lot more help. Thank you. In Jesus name. Amen

TODAY'S REFLECTION
Prophecy: The blind will see and the ears of the deaf will be healed.
Isaiah 35:5
Fulfillment: Jesus went to every town and village. He taught in their meeting places and preached the good news about God's kingdom. Jesus also healed every kind of disease and sickness.
Matthew 9:35
Once again we see a prophecy fulfilled by Jesus, whose life was spent teaching, preaching and healing. When we see the truth in God's Word, we should believe in its promises
